2. Use of the Service

Our services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are able to form a legally binding contract.

3. Booking and Payments

When you book tickets through our platform:

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
  • We accept various payment methods as indicated on our payment page.
  • Your booking is confirmed only after we receive full payment and send you a confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the event may be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund.
  • In case of event cancellation by the organizer, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Cricket Events or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Cricket Events and is protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cricket Events shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services or any content provided on or through the services.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
